Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure, Eligibility and Fee.

  • The school year is divided into two semesters. The first semester begins in April. We close for Summer for 45 days (mid May to June end) and for Winter for three weeks between December and January. The second semester runs from mid-October to end March.
  • Your child must be two years and six months years old to qualify for admission to Pre-primary. Admission into subsequent grades is determined on the basis of the student's performance. Students are required to take an entrance test in English, Hindi and Mathematics. This is not merely a formality but rather an important indicator of the grade level of the student.
  • The vision of Mother's Public School is to make education available to as many students as possible. The school fees are kept at a level that can be afforded by as many families as possible. Any increase in the fee is as per the increase in cost of living and within reasonable limits
  • The school will also award and reward the students who demonstrate exceptional academic, sports and other abilities and potential.
  • Fee Schedule

    • Fee schedule are published for all classes and are available at school office.
    • The school fee is charged from the beginning of the session irrespective of the date of admission.
    • School fee and dues are to be paid quarterly in advance.The dues be deposited latest by 10th of the due month.Late payments would attract late fee of Rs. 10/.-per day.

    Documents Required the Time of Admission

    If a child qualifies for admission,the following documents must be aubmitted before admission is normally granted:

    • Attested copy of Municipal Corporam Birth Certificate(orignal Birth Certificate should be presented for verification)for students seeking admission to lower classes.
    • Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of previous school for students seeking admission to class I and above(countersigned by the competent authority).
    • Report Card/Promotion certificate of the previous school and class.
    • Medical Fitness certificate and medical questionaire(form provided by school)
    • Photographs of students, Mother, Father and local guardians(passport size)

    Withdrawl of students

    In case of withdrawal,the parents need to submit an application for the transfer certificate one month in advance.A transfer certificate will only be issued on clearance all dues.

    Termination Grounds

    • Gross misconduct/indiscipline
    • Non Payment of Fees
    • Detention for more than one year in the same class
    • Shortage of attendance
    • Any other reason deemed fit for such action by the principal
