House System
The house system of Mother’s Public School provides the framework for participation of students in academic activities, cultural activities, sporting and promotes leadership development. In order to promote a healthy competition spirit among the students to excel in curricular activities and sports and games the students are grouped into four houses (Nehru House, Gandhi House, Tagore House & Subhash House).
A student is given a house at the time of admission and then he/she represents his/her house in various Inter House Competition held in the school from time to time. The Inter House Competition ranges from sports to Music, from Art to Elocution from Theatre to Debate. These events are organized separately for juniors and seniors. At the end of the session the House with the highest tally points is awarded the prestigious Best House Trophy. The House Masters and other teachers, who are also members of the House supervise guide and assist the students to nurture their talent according to their interest and caliber.
